We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that have a quality issue, such as damage or manufacturing defects.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us before returning the product. Our support team will review the issue and provide return instructions.
If a return is approved, the item must be returned using the return method provided by our store. Returns sent using other methods may not be accepted.
In most cases, we will cover the return shipping cost for defective items. However, depending on the situation, we may not require the item to be returned and may offer a refund or replacement instead.
Packages returned without prior authorization or sent with cash-on-delivery (COD) or return shipping charges may be refused.
Returns may not be accepted if the item shows signs of misuse, damage caused by the customer, or normal wear and tear.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
